WeaveWorld is a B2B networking and marketplace platform that connects Manufacturers, Suppliers, Exporters, Buyers, and Sourcing partners. The platform only facilitates business connections and does not take part in any transactions between users.
WeaveWorld functions solely as a digital aggregator and networking platform connecting Exporters, Suppliers, Buyers, and Buying Agencies. We do not participate in, control, or influence any commercial transactions between users and we do not act as a buyer, seller, intermediary, agent, or broker in any manner.
All transactions, negotiations, and agreements are strictly between users and are undertaken at their own risk and responsibility. WeaveWorld does not charge any commission, brokerage, facilitation fee, or success-based fee on any transactions.
Users are required to provide accurate and complete information during registration. Each user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account. WeaveWorld reserves the right to approve, reject, or suspend any account at its sole discretion.
Membership plans such as TrustSeal, Gold, and Platinum are paid services. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Payments once made are non-refundable unless explicitly agreed. Membership benefits are activated only after successful payment confirmation.
Users agree to use the platform strictly for legitimate business purposes. Users shall not post false, misleading, or inappropriate content and shall not misuse any data or contact information available on the platform. WeaveWorld reserves the right to remove content or restrict access if misuse is detected.
WeaveWorld provides a platform for business connections but does not guarantee any business deals, orders, or revenue outcomes. All business interactions are entirely at the user�s own discretion and risk.
TrustSeal represents basic verification and document review only. It does not guarantee financial standing, credit rating, performance, or reliability of any user. Users are advised to conduct their own due diligence before entering into any business agreements.
All content, branding, and platform design belong to WeaveWorld, DNYC India, and Ravionix Ventures Pvt Ltd. Users are strictly prohibited from copying, reproducing, or distributing any platform content without prior written permission.
User data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the platform, users consent to data sharing within the ecosystem strictly for business networking purposes.
WeaveWorld shall not be held liable for any disputes between users, financial losses, or any damages arising due to delay, overcharging, or misrepresentation by any user. All users are solely responsible for their business decisions.
WeaveWorld reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account and remove access to services in case of policy violation, misuse of platform, fraudulent activity, or posting of inappropriate content.
The platform is accessible globally, and users agree to comply with all applicable laws of their respective countries while using WeaveWorld.
WeaveWorld reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform shall be considered acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi.
